Our services are mainly used to prevent, control and detect criminal activity using legally, medically and tactically expectable methods. Our Security Services include:

GUARD DOGS - PLEASE NOTE We DO NOT supply or use "Guard Dogs". A guard dog is a stand-alone dog on a premises designed to "Guard" the premises. This practice is out dated and dangerous. We cannot, will not, ever, supply dogs for this purpose due to legal and ethical reasons. This type of service puts yourself and ourselves at risk from litigation.

Breeds we select

BDK9S only recognises the German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Dutch Shepherd and Belgium Shepherd Dogs as recommend patrol dogs. Our handlers use no other breeds of dog. The reason behind this is because these breeds are recognised internationally as common working dog breeds and have an Incredible psychical and psychological impact on an offender.

Security K9 Units

The K9 UNIT unites an operator with a trained K9 to perform functions relating to security environments and operations. The Unit is designed for a physical and psychology deterrent, detection of unwanted persons, and for operator protection. We are used mainly to prevent, control and detect criminal activity using legally, medically and tactically expectable methods. Ultimately, the operational and cost benefits of using our services makes us the ideal solution to your security requirements, leaving you with peace of mind.

Detection K9 Units

Our Detection Dog Units comprise of a trained Detection K9 and an operator. This service is a one of a kind within Australia. As there is no standard yet within Australia to train Detection dogs, we use current international guidelines for training. Our trainer is a Former Detection Dog Handler with overseas experience.... Yes real world operational experience! Our dogs are also trained using REAL odor not Pseudo training aids and can sniff out both Drugs and Explosives. Some of our dogs are dual purpose (detection / patrol), and others are purely detection pending what you operationally need.
These Units are perfect for:

Operators (Staff)

K9 Handlers / Security Operators. Our operators are our biggest assets. They are the front line troops promoting who we are, what we do and how we operate. Because of this, anyone can apply to work for us, but only other staff referrals will make the cut. Highly experienced and qualified staff know other good operators and have worked with them and seen their work first hand. This type of quality control is second to none. Also we don't pay peanuts so you the client don't get monkeys or shirt fillers.
